It stats that you can lose up to 3 o 5 pounds easily every week without changing anything in your diet just put a teaspoon of honey and half a teaspoon of cinnamon in water and boil it and split it into two cups drink one 30mins before breakfast and one 30 mins before bed and i would still work out even though it said it works well for belly fat is this healthy for a 13 yr old.

you know that one weight watchers commercial that says something like,”if it sound crazy and unhealthy, it is”?
this may not be unhealthy, but it is crazy. i doubt it would work no matter what age.

All rubbish! Honey is a type of sugar and cinnamon comes from the bark of a tree – neither of which has any ability to help weight loss. If you drink a cup of water it may help you not eat so much at the next meal but otherwise – no good.
That sounds ridiculous, and doesnt sound healthy at all. You’re 13, your metabolism is at its highest, you just need to spend more time outside, hanging with your friends, playing sports, and less time on the computer, or watching tv. Turn on some music and dance! Just have fun doing things and living life! Dont worry so much about losing weight! If you do, do sports! and Eat healthy fruits and veggies like strawberries and pineapples, or veggies and ranch and less unhealthy foods, cut down on snacks etc. I know you want a quick fix, and the best advice I can give you other than the above, especially for belly fat is swimming, running, and dancing!
