There are no magic tips for losing weight you haven’t heard already. Start eating healthier and definitely avoid fast food.
Start running on a regular basis and the more effort you put into it the quicker you will find results.
Jog everyday, increase the distance as you become healthier. Try to keep a food journal, watch what you eat. Its the simplest and most effective way.
Yep. This is what I want you to do. Change your diet up. Here is how. You want to eat Fruits, vegetables, meats, and whole grain foods. No fast food or junk food or any kind of packaged or man made food. Keep your calories intake from 2,000 2,500 and do a 15 min jog 3 days out of the weak and I can assure you that you will shed 30 pounds over 5 months.
I would take on a school sport and just focus on eating healthy light meals. Never skip any meals though. You still must eat, just smartly.
Sorry to be blunt. But… Get off your lazy arse and exersise.
I mean that in the nicest possible way. But that is the onli way there is no “quick fix”. Once your start regular exercise you will look forward to it & want to beat what you did before.
Theres also loads of diets you could look at. But Exercise & Eat sensible. It’s kinda easy
I wouldn’t change your eating habbit. I’d just try to run about a mile a few times a week. Running helps a ton. And it’s a big stress reliever. I’d give it a try. Good luck!!!
im 18 and dieting also- i try to burn off all the calories that i eat by working out a lot and recording the number of calories that i consume. it has really worked but im usually always hungry and shaky which kinda sucks…
don’t go on an orginized diet just excerise, go outside, eat healthier foods (you dont have to eat less just eat healthier)
1) Limit your portions
2) Eat smaller meals and more often than 2-3 big meals
3) Exercise – take a nice walk after dinner, ride your bike, join a sporting team at school.
4) Stay active and think about what you eat and what you do.
Drink a lot of water, eat cleaner. Eat sorts of things like salmon, tilapia, and find magazines and websites on clean eating. Also exercise, daily. Jog at least 2 or 3 times a week, or run up and down stairs. It is ok to cheat, but not eat a huge slice of chocolate cake. Things like chocolate covered strawberries, or something sweet and healthy. There are also clean deserts, try ask, and put in the search box “clean eating”.
If you don’t do that much exercise then I would reccomend doing a short walk each day, maybe around your block or to the store and back. Once you feel a bit more confident then try running. Or you could just take up a new sport!!
Try and eat a balanced diet; not too much snacky foods!! Just try and eat a bit of everything each day.
So long as you keep exercising and eating balanced then you should be slimmer in no time.

i WOULD rather ask a dietcian/doctor/ or fitness expert than post a quesition i n yahoo answers…..you may be alergic to a certain food , or might be risky to run longer ..so how on earth can unknown person like me help you ?
The best way to loose weight is by no taking diet pills. This are some tips specially for your age.
1.Drink water at least 5 cups a day
2. Cut off on the burgers and french fries.
3. Eat food that has less fat.
4. Stay Active. Run, do sports and you will see a difference in your body. And you will feel better.
Do exercise run about 350m a day or 200m a day but don’t over run if you fell tired take a 5 minute break have some water then run a little bit more if yo u still feel tired go see your doctor again
get away from the fridge . get outside and play soccer or something . stay away from the fast foods like micky d. it will be hard to do so you need to test your will power. if you want something you have to work for it. good luck .
dont sit on your computer all day because instead you could be walking or running. play sports or even go to the mall with your friends but take the steps instead of a elevator. eat healthy try and stay away from junk food limit yourself. drink water. no soda. get veggies and have fruit. and basically thats all i guess you can do and just hope you’ll lose weight. oh and try and not get too upset about something because it might lead you to eat a ton of food.
Just eat less junk food/pop, eat more fruits and veggies do exercise (pilates works well), and whatever you do don’t get down on yourself and don’t let anybody else tell you you need to lose the weight. This is something you have to do for yourself and nobody else. If it’s not something you want then you’ll never be happy with yourself and an eatting disorder is worse than a negative self image!!

And see a shrink about your lack of self esteem. Your body image is reflected in your meal plan and your writing. It’s smeared all over your question. You don’t use capital letters, you spell simple words like “should” and “skinnier” wrong, “I’m” requires an apostrophe. The correct form would be “Are there any tips…” You have no punctuation at the end of your second sentence.
You wouldn’t dress like that, why do you pretend nobody would notice how you express yourself? Show some respect for the people who are trying to help you.
