I want a diet plan that will boost my happiness, not to make me lose weight, how do I do this?

Question by Moose: I want a diet plan that will boost my happiness, not to make me lose weight, how do I do this?
I don’t want to lose weight, the only diet plans that I can find are strictly about losing weight and or toning your body, I do not need to lose weight. I need to be more happy, energetic, and outgoing- You know, when you have too much coffee and you have this huge boost of energy? But without the crash. If you can link me to the proper place, or explain what is good (I know vitamin B helps, but I want a diet plan).

There is no diet plan to make you happy (apart from eating heaps of chocolate lol)
Check out the Life force Body Balance website. body balance gives heaps of energy and makes you healthier as well.
