I run SO slow during the mile at school. Also need to lose weight, Tips or Advice?

Question by DaKoTa<3: I run SO slow during the mile at school. Also need to lose weight, Tips or Advice?
At my school we run the mile and I always am the last one running. I am overweight and I feel really self-concious about running infront of people. Any tips to help me run fast? Lose weight quick and easy? Advice on foods to eat and things to drink? Things I should stay away from?

The best thing you can do is run more frequently, and to eat healthy.
Always stretch before running.
A diet consisting of eggs in the breakfast with whole grain bread.
and chicken breast is also a good choice for lunch/dinner.
You should drink only water, if you want to lose weight.
Avoid greasy food, and fast foods. Eat more vegetables and fruits.

    The only way to run faster is to run frequently and lose weight therefore you can move faster. Watch your portions! Make sure your not over eating because that’s always the killer. You must have all whole grain breads! That’s causing flabby stomaches. Eat real food. Look at the ingredients

    When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
    If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
    will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
    underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
    exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
    diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
    after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
    your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
    you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
    cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your

    There are many diets out there to follow and each on has it’s own standards and recommendations. Most people don’t know what to follow and have many questions to what is right and what foods to eat. But it is very important to follow a structure.
    My friend has experienced the same problems in trying to lose weight and keep it off. It is very hard to stay focused and think about yourself and your health. it is important to have a belief in yourself and maintain your health.
