I am a 14 year old kid and i am trying hard to lose weight i have lost 15 pounds so far but i need something that works better maube some good workouts or advice please

eat less and work out more, run a lot even though it sucks just do it. Control your eating habits if you have any and do a bunch of sit ups and jumping jacks.

hello..i am 14 years old as well and i know what ure going through..but i am sure u r skinny already!! anyway, just work out 4 times a week every other day…do cardio almost daily and eat healthier..lots of veggies and fruits..no sodas..less fast food and less snacks..good luck hun!
