How to lose weight.

1)Plan your meals. If you want to lose weight you have to plan your meals. Good diet is main key in weight loss. If you are woman, don’t consume more than 1500 calories a day, but if you are man, don’t consume more than 2000 calories a day. As long as you don’t go over your calorie limit you can eat whatever you wan’t. I have lost more than 50 pounds by eating 5 cheeseburgers a day so this is proof that you can lose weight eating tasty food. Is it healthy? Well, that is another question.

2)Eat protein and fat, avoid carbohydrates. Although as long as you don’t go past your calorie limit you can eat whatever you want, i suggest you to have protein and fat rich diet. Also avoid carbohydrates because they turn into fat unless you exercise afterwards. As i already mentioned, you can eat whatever you want and still lose weight, but if you avoid carbohydrates and eat protein and fat you will achieve better results.

3)Exercise. Although you can easily lose weight without exercising, you can lose up to three times more weight if you do. I would suggest you to run for 30-60 minutes everyday. You can also cycle, swim or walk, though running burns more calories than any other exercise.

4)Lift weights. If you want to lose weight you need to lift weights. Weight lifting not only burns calories alone, but also improves your metabolism. If you will lift weights your muscles will grow. The more muscles you have, the more calories your body burns to maintain itself.

5)Drink at least gallon of water a day. More than 70% of USA population is dehydrated and most don’t even know it. To stay well hydrated drink at least gallon of water a day. It will boost your metabolism.
