you wouldnt notice youve lost weight one bit, it will make a little difference, but not anything big. anf you wouldnt loose weight rapidly either.. it wont make you loose wieght!
but its for the better, and you will become more healthier..
I find it confusing when people : exercise weekly and eat a load of crap or eat a load of crap and exercise weekly
it only works if you do it both ways: eat healthy and exercise.
maybe you’re not a healthy person? try your best to have fruit/veg and water then! try your best to add little exerise hours into your weeks when you have free time. If you have time to go on the computer do research about losing weight and actually create an question for people to give you tips.. you can actually have to time to do an hours worth of cardio workouts! come on now!
