How can I lose weight quickly?

Question by summer loves zach(:: How can I lose weight quickly?
I am 17 years old, 5’6” tall, and weigh about 135 lbs. I want to weigh about 120lbs. How can I lose this weight? I lost a little weight and now I’ve plateaued and I can’t seem to lose any more weight!

Make your goal different. 125 cause you are kinda tall. Crunches and tea. It will help you sleep to give you more energy to exercise more

    According to everything I’ve looked up, you’re the perfect weight. You don’t need to lose anymore….unless you want a bit of muscle. That’s a different issue altogether.

    Water pills go to the gym a lot running melts of belly weight quickly don’t eat alotta breads butter red meats no fast food eat half of your meal drink alotta water

    OK this is for a realy strict diet btw
    Wake up at 8 am have a 400 calorie break feast and a glass of water
    at 10:30 have a 200 calorie snack
    at 12 have a 400 calorie and a glass of water
    at 3 have a 200 colorie snack
    at 6 have a 400 colorie dinner
    and not ever night but some time at 8 have a 50- 100 calorie snack/ dinner
    For exersizes run 5 miles 4 times a week. wake up in the morning and when yoiu first begain to run it will be tough but u will get toned
    Right after this do 30 sit ups, and 15 push ups as you get better increase the nuber of sit ups and push up you do. If you want to have a nice stomak do moutin climbers and super man. Also put ur wieght on ur albows and toes and this is very chalenging.

    1. Use smaller plates when eating meals. This will automatically reduce your portion size, even if you are going back for seconds, you are less inclined to eat huge amounts of food.
    2. Exercise doing cardio workout, for example running, this done at high intensity will reduce your weight.
    3. Try to limit the amount of sugary foods and carbohydrates you are eating, try – calorie foods, such as watermelon, where you burn more calories eating it then you do from the actual food.
    4. Drink lots of water.

    This all takes time,however if you are in a hurry,all you need is prepared for you.
