Question by Stepharose: How can I lose weight?
I weigh 160lbs at 5’4″ and my measurements are 34-27-38 and I need to lose weight. I workout regularly and eat healthy (vegetarian). I want to lose fat, as soon as possible. I want/need my measurements to be 34-24-36. Any suggestions?

Run about 15-20 miles a week, workout every other day of the week.

Girl I was in your same exact situation. I now weight 135 & never looked better. You need to give yourself time, forget what people say about diets and things, just make sure you eat VERY little and DO NOT eat white rice! No matter what! Until you have atleast lost 10 pounds. Drink water all the time. A good hint to drink water is from a water bottle just refill it every time trust me, I HATE water, but when I drink it from a bottle it’s all good, give yourself credit too, if you drink soda. STOP that immediately! For the first week serve yourself half the soda and the rest water! You will get annoyed an just grab your water bottle
