The best way to not be fat is to not be fat in the first place?

  2. Don't worry...about a thing says:

it really depends on how u weigh. but workout every second day and eat every meal cuz if you skip ur body will create even more fat ESPECIALLY breakfast… drink water and lay off pop. and nooo snacking unless its cucumber or celery

If you can afford it, you could get a personal trainer, if not just try to eat a balanced diet with few sweets and lots of fruits and veggies and exercise five times a week for 45-90 min spend 2 day working on your upper body and 3 days on your lower.

June is about 23 weeks away. That means it is possible to meet your goal. You must lose a little more than one pound per week. One pound of body fat requires your body burning 3500 extra calories then you consume. It is hard to give you specifications on how much you should eat because you left out some important information. Such as your current height, weight, and gender. Send me an email if you would like and I will break all the numbers down and tell you exactly what you need to do (calories, excercise….etc)

    Give you 3 points below:
1.Talk to your physician and get his or her opinion. You may even wish to visit a weight loss center or a dietitian. They can put together a detailed, individualized weight loss plan for you, recommending special foods and exercises to try.
2.Know your limits. If you have low blood sugar levels and tend to get dizzy without eating, it’s best to fast wisely. Just because you’ve decided to fast, it doesn’t mean you have to starve altogether. For example, you can fast after 3 p.m. each day.
3.Weigh yourself regularly. By weighing yourself on an accurate scale, you get to visually see the pounds dropping. This allows you to cut back on eating at certain times and to evaluate what is working for you.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

I recently started a program called the 31 day fat loss cure to get ready for my new year’s resolution. I found it at http://31dayfatlossscure.com . After watching the video I decided to give it a try to see where it could take me in my journey to lose weight. I can say I’m pretty satisfied so far; I’ve lost about 23 pounds so far and still losing about 4 pounds a week. It’s not easy though and it’s not for people half heartily wanting to lose weight. If you have the willpower to follow through with it and put in the effort, you will Lose Weight, they give you a guarantee on that. They don’t offer a magic pill to help you lose weight; they give and teach you the cold hard facts of weight loss to change your life. The main thing to remember is to never give up no matter and always put in 120% effort in everything you do to lose weight. I wish you the very best luck in your journey to lose weight and hope you stick with it.
