any tips, tricks for faster weight loss?

Question by Sonny Williams: any tips, tricks for faster weight loss?
Basically i know a little about fitness and health myself, just curious what else is their? let me know if there is anything i can do to enhance my results
ok so im doing an experiment to see how fast i can lose weight, and im not really doing anything unhealthy, i work out at the gym every day for 1 to 2 hours and eat 3 meals, i dont eat junk, drink only water, and dont eat late
thats basically all i do? this is my 28th day on this simple plan and ive lost 12 kgs so from 112 to 100kg, im not fat im 185cm, but i want to lose another 15-20 . if anyone has tips tricks or ideas i could use to enhance this it would be greatly appreciated

    Honestly you don’t want to lose weight any faster. Many people would say you are already dropping too fast. Besides, you claim to be dropping a pound a day. If you only want to drop another 15 or 20 then just chill. You will be there soon.

    look on bodybuilding.com forums, HIT (High Intensity Training) and doing intervals for cardio are very good techniques, there are more preferred times to do cardio to help encourage weight loss.
    also as far as meals go, low carbs, and the carbs you do eat should be complex carbs, with a low glycemic index. and lastly, splitting up 3 meals a day into 6 small meals twice as often is more effective, and like you said, H20!

    I was just reading this about the results of a study looking out how hard you should exercise and how long and then how much you should eat depending on that. Maybe you should make sure you are staying in those right ranges.
    I don’t know what KGS and KG mean…isn’t that pathetic! : (
    but u sound healthy.
